About the Show:
Dangerous Productions is proud to bring its newest show to the Horror festival! This satirical, dark comedy tackles the horrors of the American Medical System. This show was created as an ensemble and is based on true stories submitted to us from our fans, friends and family. we're so grateful for their willingness to share uncomfortable and deeply personal stories to help us create this show
Meet the Cast and Crew:
Alisa Rehani - Actor
Alisa Rehani (she/her) is returning to the stage after an 8 year hiatus. Previously, she worked with Dangerous Productions in Happy Cafe and Happy Crazy St. Patrick's Day, and is a former member of Four Humors Theater. During the day, she uses sound waves to see bodies inside other people's bodies. Spooky!

Chris Rowe - Director
Chris (He/Him) has worked with Dangerous Productions for twelve years as an actor and board member. He's a graduate of Dell'Arte International . This is his first time directing with Dangerous Productions. When he's not working with Dangerous Productions he's happily hanging out with his amazing kids Charlie and Piper!

Craig Kossen - Effects Designer
Craig is excited to be back at TCHF designing effects for Doctor Clown. They have worked on several projects with Dangerous Productions over the years and enjoy the collaborative creative process. Also, making guts and finding new ways to dispense blood is great fun.

Elora Riley - Actor
Elora Riley (she/her) is excited to be making her debut with Dangerous Productions in DOCTOR CLOWN. She previously appeared in Dead Mountain (TCHF 2022) and Ghost in the Machine (TCHF 2023) and many other films, commercials, and other productions outside of TCHF. When she ain't on stage, she's hanging out with her cat Frida, playing video games with her Jay, or practicing stage combat. She will be appearing in DP's Happy Crazy New Year at 825 Arts at the end of the year. Oh, also! She had her IUD replaced a week before this show opened. How spooky!

Erin Azer - Actor
This is Erin Azer’s (she/her) first show with Dangerous Productions. She usually performs with Rosetown Playhouse- often accompanied by her wicked talented daughters. She wants y’all to know that menopause is so hot right now.

Haley Wagner-Swiers - Stage Manager
Haley Wagner-Swiers is so freaking pumped to be working on another incredibly bloody and also incredibly funny show this year at TCHF!
This is her 5th show at TCHF with Dangerous Productions. When she’s not stage managing a group of weird clowns, well, she’s always stage managing a group of clowns.

Ian Ebner - Blood Effects
Ian Ebner has worked with Dangerous Productions since 2014 contributing as an actor, crew member, and board member over that span. He has appeared on stage most notably in Crime and Punishment and Home. Beyond acting, Ian is known for his expertise in blood effects having worked on six TCHF shows for Dangerous Productions. Recently, he went to the doctor to have a cyst on his neck removed, but while the doctor was administering the local anesthesia to his neck they missed and hit a vein/artery and administered it into the blood stream. He nearly vomited, almost passed out after his blood pressure plummeted, and sweat enough to make it look like he was a body just recovered from a river. Don’t worry. He’s ok now.

Jay Kistler (he/him) is an actor, mostly just with Dangerous Productions, and occasional improviser (if you're reading this on 10/26, you missed your chance to see that).This is his 10th time at TCHF w/ Dangerous, so if you see him, congratulate him! Or ignore him, either works...While not acting, he's usually 5 cups of coffee in with Elora, or cooking a sauce. See him in this year's Happy Crazy New Year at 825 Arts, and on 10/25 at Strike Theater for jorts! 10th Anniversary Show. Last time he went to the doctor was when he still had healthcare. America!

Katie Kaufmann - Actor
Katie Kaufmann has been performing on Twin Cities stages for the past 23 years in both devised and scripted works. She works as a coach for people in recovery from chronic pain and other stress induced conditions. She is also a mask maker and will be presenting a nonverbal mask performance about loneliness at the Red Eye next fall.

Marce Gangl-Lipson- Actor
Marce Gangl-Lipson (she/her) is returning to Dangerous Productions after a ten year hiatus. Most recently, she was on stage with her 1 year old and spouse in Rosetown's Playhouse's production of Beauty and the Beast. At a recent healthcare visit, she sat in a waiting room with people only having names that started with "M". (Seriously. It led to much hilarity and frustration while waiting).

Recent reviews state the following: "This rental did NOT disappoint as it had everything we could want for a 'girls just gotta getaway.' We only found a small amount of ants. 4 stars!"

Rose Oliver (she/her) returns to Dangerous Productions after about 10 years. This is her first horror show! Rose was the ASM this summer for Rosetown Playhouse and currently works as the Theatre and Evaluation Specialist for Roseville Community Ed. At a recent appointment, the lab messed up so Rose needed her blood drawn TWICE, all while feeling nauseous. Thankfully, the doctor's office compensated her with a fast food gift card.

Terri Ristow (Props Designer) first joined Dangerous Productions in 2017 for SKIN, and returns every year for bloody fun! She has created props and art installations for many companies including Park Square Theatre, Theatre in the Round, Wayward Theatre, Chameleon Theatre Circle, Young Artists Initiative, The Soap Factory Haunted Basement, Fright Farm, and Art in Bloom (Minneapolis Institute of Art). Her recent projects include Hadestown with St. Paul Central High School, and Lincoln’s Children with Fortune’s Fool Theatre. Terri recently had a medical x-ray, and happily did not catch on fire. She hopes you enjoy this visit to Doctor Clown!
